A note from me

Hi, I'm Kelly.

For years I believed that slowing down meant I wasn't doing enough.

Living with chronic illness taught me something very different.

When I ignored my need for rest, everything felt harder.

God slowly began teaching me that rest isn't something we earn after we've finished everything.

It's a gift.

That journey inspired me to create the Still Waters Rest Planner.

My prayer is that every page helps you step away from the pressure to constantly perform and gently leads you back to God's peace.

Your next step begins today

You don't need a perfect schedule.

You don't need to have everything figured out.

You don't need to wait until life finally slows down.

You simply need one quiet place to begin again.

Thank you for letting me be part of your journey—I can’t wait to see how these pages inspire and encourage you!
